The morning will be suitable for all, if you have any questions or contra-indications please be in touch.

Bring a non slip mat , don’t eat an hour beforehand and wear something comfortable you can move about in.

Retreats

I have hosted many retreats and workshops over the years which includes half and full days or a whole weekend away.

I choose places in beautiful natural locations in order to allow a connection with nature on a deeper level so you can immerse in the surroundings. My retreats offer a chance to disconnect from technology as much as you want to, they can give you the benefits of distance to evaluate your circumstances and help to rejuvenate. When you are with me on retreat, each day has an element of purpose. A concentrated practice, relaxing or taking advantage of some self explore with lovely local walks. Health and well-being are placed front and centre, so each day you can achieve what you set out to do.

Very importantly, my retreats offer a space for healing, both mentally and physically and a chance to embrace a yoga practice without distraction.

The food eaten is always chosen with care for your health and wellbeing with dietary requirements discussed individually beforehand so you can relax into being away without any concerns.

Its lovely to meet like minded people, make new connections and friendships which can all add positivity to your life.

Yoga is so much more than physical poses, I integrate philosophy over the course of my retreats in order to understand a little more about this ancient art.

I offer time to truly relax, restore and really escape, have nothing to do except be in the moment and with all the stresses of modern day life ……. YOU deserve it!
