A little update as we go along …….
I hope you are enjoying all the glory of this gorgeous time of year!
YOGA in my GARDEN is an event happening on Saturday 24th August 2019 from 10-30am-1pm. A time to relax and unwind to make the most of summer by taking your practice outside. I’m always encouraging this in my classes and take every opportunity to be outside with nature when I/we can. The session will be a time for a rejuvenating set of asanas (postures) and to be touching the grass which allows us to enjoy the challenge of a slightly uneven ground thereby engaging and strengthening the core. Enjoying the higher vibrations of summer, the warm air, the vivacity of a real tree!
We will balance the morning of Hatha practice with some slow-meditative Yin Yoga in order to clear and focus thoughts, learning techniques for achieving inner stillness and a more mindful approach to everyday living. This is a chance to invite yourself to be exactly as you are!
The morning will be £20 with an initial non refundable deposit of £10 to secure your place. This is being held in my garden so I will give further details and directions to those of you who secure a booking. This includes light summer homemade refreshments after.
Places limited so book early by contacting me 07776 440542 or e mail me here or firstname.lastname@example.org.
YOGA in the PARK
I am holding these sessions every Saturday morning at a park local to me – Loch Neaton. It’s all about an early morning awaken and refresh to set you up for the rest of your day. Some lovely classical stretches with awareness of breath. These sessions are running through to early Autumn (weather depending), will most likely take a pause late Autumn/Winter then all being well will resume in the Spring. Starting promptly at 8am until 8.45am. Turn up, no need to book, bring a mat, blanket or towel and an extra layer of clothing, don’t eat too much an hour beforehand and they are FREE.
Other workshops, events etc will be notified as and when, so keep posted!
Remember to explore, always be inquisitive, process and assimilate and enjoy every aspect of your practice on all levels!
Enjoy the rest of the summer……..see you all soon!
Om Shanti, Susan X
