Spring Yoga Retreat 2018

An update to let you all know that my Spring Yoga Reteat is now fully booked. Thank you to everyone who expressed an interest. 

Keep an eye on my website for further upcoming events – regular Yoga Nidra is the last Wednesday evening of every month in my studio ‘The Yoga Loft’ – plus a morning of yoga in my garden Sat June 23rd 10am-1pm. I am already taking bookings, there will be refreshments after the two hour session, more details to follow. Later I will also let you know of plans for an Autumnal Yoga Retreat 2018.

    I just wanted to say I have been to Susan’s yoga classes for about 15 years. Susan is a totally professional teacher as well as a compassionate one. I totally appreciate it when we are in our yoga positions that Susan tells us what organs, muscles and joints we are working with. We all lead very busy lives and don’t appreciate how important it is to look after our bodies but its so refreshing and appreciative to know how important it is to have yoga in our lives. I went on Susan’s yoga retreat in Brancaster last weekend and was overwhelmed with all the hard work Susan had put into that weekend for us ladies attending. I came home knowing I had an amazing weekend, felt so refreshed and totally energized. I would have no hesitation in attending another retreat. DEE ALFORD.
